Beyond Limits for Dancers

Move beyond your limits with me! This course will not only improve your ballet technique but it will also transform your mind and soul. You will strengthen your body to prevent injuries, balance the elements within your body, break through mental barriers that hold you back through intuitive dance meditations, increase your mind – body connection and improve your overall strength with pilates fusion classes. This course is designed for dancers but great for everyone. Through focused functional movement, elemental yoga and dynamic pilates – you will be able to move beyond what you think you are capable of.
