7 Day Fusion Glow Up
Get ready for your spring glow up! Exercises from different techniques in moving, flowing sequences will make you stronger and leaner in no time. We will incorporate small equipment, such as resistance bands, balls and some yoga props into the classes. Classes are suitable for students with pilates experience, but of course all adventurous beginners are also welcome. This course is full of classes with creative sequences and fast-paced, invigorating exercises with a focus on the connection between breath and movement.
