The membership includes unlimited access to the full library, all classes and programs and livestreams. You can create your own program through the library, follow a course or request a personalized class schedule with the membership. You can sort videos by length, energy level, body part focus or complexity level with filters. Every month new classes and courses are added to the library. There is a variety of classes so that you can stay inspired and find a class that for your mood.
Your practice is for you. Listen to your body as best as you can. If something feels unsafe or uncomfortable, skip it! Explore the library and choose whatever suits your level, goals and needs.
If you do want some structure or have specific goals, check out my guided programs or request a personalized schedule. If you are planning your own classes, I would recommend you to plan a workout schedule every week to manage your time effectively. But ultimately your practice is up to you. It should feel fun, sustainable and exciting, so let the things that you find enjoyable guide you!
You can cancel anytime you want. Under membership you will see cancel membership button, click and follow the prompts. You should receive an email confirming your cancellation soon after. There are no refunds for memberships, but you will have access to the library for the term of your paid membership, even after you cancel. As long as you cancel before your next invoice date, you will not be charged for your next billing cycle.
