Mindfulness & Flexibility for Dancers
Nurture your mind, body and soul! Sharpen your intuition, decrease symptoms of anxiety, improve your concentration and mental clarity with mindfulness! Find balance, ease and flexibility within strength and control. This course is designed to help you reconnect to your body and train your mind to improve your performance.
Beyond Limits All Levels
Move beyond your limits with me! This course will not only sculpt and tone your entire body but it will also transform your mind and soul. You will strengthen your body to prevent injuries, improve your flexibility and mobility, balance the elements within your body, break through mental barriers that hold you back through intuitive dance meditations, increase your mind – body connection and improve your overall strength with pilates fusion classes. This course is for all levels and it is beginner friendly. Through focused functional movement, elemental yoga and dynamic pilates – you will be able to move beyond what you think you are capable of.

Wall Pilates Challenge for Beginners
Get results using the wall for your workouts! This course is for everyone – and works the entire body through a series of repetitive, wall-based exercises. When practiced consistently, classes will help improve your strength, coordination and mobility. Correct your posture, strengthen your body, prevent injuries and improve recovery and performance.
7 Day Fusion Glow Up
Get ready for your spring glow up! Exercises from different techniques in moving, flowing sequences will make you stronger and leaner in no time. We will incorporate small equipment, such as resistance bands, balls and some yoga props into the classes. Classes are suitable for students with pilates experience, but of course all adventurous beginners are also welcome. This course is full of classes with creative sequences and fast-paced, invigorating exercises with a focus on the connection between breath and movement.
